9Legals formalities

Following the successful completion of referencing, we request tenants to submit their first month's rent and security deposit.

An important note: All deposits must be safeguarded in a Government-approved deposit scheme. At Diamond Move Estate Agent, we provide a DPS custodial account, available for your use at no additional cost.

10Tenant Move In Date

Prior to the move-in date, it's essential to:

  • Arrange required furniture, if needed
  • Schedule professional cleaning no more than 2 days before the move-in

On the moving day, either a Diamond Move representative or our Inventory clerk will meet the tenant at the property. They will oversee the handover process and document meter readings.

Following a successful move-in, Diamond Move Estate Agent handles all outstanding payments, deducting agreed-upon amounts if applicable.

For properties under our management, we smoothly transition utility bills into the new tenant's name.
